Does my watch need servicing?

If you notice issues like inaccurate timekeeping, moisture inside, or reduced power reserve, please bring it in for an inspection.

How often should it be serviced?

For mechanical watches, we recommend a full service every 3–5 years, depending on usage and environment.

How long will the repair take?

Basic services take 5-7 working days. It depends on the condition of the watch and the required service. We will provide a time estimate after diagnosis.

My watch is very old/discontinued. Can it still be repaired?

We have experience working with watches of various brands and eras, including discontinued models. We will do our best to source suitable parts or propose alternative solutions, and will honestly advise you on the feasibility of restoration.

My watch got water inside. What should I do?

Please remove the watch immediately, avoid pressing buttons or adjusting the crown, and bring it to us as soon as possible. Prompt action can significantly reduce the risk of movement damage.

What brands or types of watches do you service?

We service a wide range of mechanical, automatic, and vintage pocket watches, covering both mainstream and independent brands. If you're unsure, feel free to bring your watch in for a consultation.

Do you accept international shipments?

We serve clients globally via insured couriers (DHL, FedEx). Customs documentation assistance is provided for non-Hong Kong residents.
